Pelican Inlet Condominiums reside in the Crescent Beach area of St. Augustine, Fl. We are located about 10 miles south of the city of St. Augustine and 6 miles south of St. Augustine Beach. Built in 1982 there are a total of 82 individual condominium units, units are two bedroom, two bath flats (1 level), and are approximately 980 square feet. Each unit has its own washer and dryer. We have a pool and tennis courts with plenty of on-site uncovered parking. Access to the beach is located across the street through the public beach walkway. There is a public boat ramp providing access to the Intracoastal Waterway located just behind the complex.
