C. How A1A REALTY ASSOCIATES Uses Customer Personal Information
A1A REALTY ASSOCIATES may use Personal Information of current and former customers/clients as necessary to:
Complete reservation security deposits and rental payment.
Effect, administer or enforce reservation or security transactions requested or authorized by the customer.
Maintain or service the customer’s reservation account.
Personal Information collected online, by phone, email, hard copy or US Post Office concerning customers/clients provided to A1A Realty ASSOCIATES will not use or disclose or sell, rent or lease any Personal Information about its customers/clients or former customers/clients to any third parties.

A1A Realty Associates may disclose Personal Information of current and former customers/clients to any third party entities in the following cases:
In the ordinary course of business to A1A Realty Associates attorneys, accountants and auditors;
To persons acting in a fiduciary, representative, or attorney capacity in relation to an account;
To government, regulatory or law enforcement agencies to the extent permitted or required by law, or to comply with applicable legal requirements;

A1A Realty Associates permits access to Personal Information to those employees who need to know that information in order to provide services to them. We protect customer account information by keeping it on the secure portion of its computers and website using firewalls and other security technology to protect its network and systems from external attacks and by requiring customers to enter a unique user ID and password to access their account. All A1A Realty Associates employees and associates sign confidentiality agreements.
