Our company provides a program of thorough inside and outside inspections on a pre determined schedule. We can provide you with custom quotes for services specifically tailored to your needs.

Inside:

• Inspect for water damage due to weather issues or plumbing problems.
• Inspection for the formation of mildew
• Windows and doors are inspected for broken glass.
• Window mechanisms and door locks are inspected for unauthorized entry and damage.
• All doors and windows will be locked and secured upon exit.
• We operate and visually inspect all major service equipment, IE. Air conditioner/heat pump and hot water heater, flush all toilets and run water through plumbing traps to prevent sewer fumes from being trapped in the home.
• Visually inspect for insect infestation.
• Supervise pest control company’s treatment of interior.
• Inspect how clean your house is being maintained.
• Upon request, schedule light housekeeping service while you are away and prior to your arrival.

Outside:

• Visual inspection of roof, windows, doors and exterior walls for damage.
• Inspect sprinkler system and reprogram if required.
• Inspect spa/pool to make sure they are being serviced properly.
• Inspect the landscaping for distressed spots in the lawn and make sure it is being properly maintained.
• Inspect pest control company’s treatment of exterior.
• Visual inspection of pool/spa that they are being properly maintained.
• Visual inspection of exterior for mold, mildew and algae.

Other:

We have long term associations with a variety of service companies to help maintain your home or solve issues that may arise. Upon approval we will schedule service and inspect the job upon it’s completion and handle the associated billing.
