C. How REALTY ASSOCIATES Uses Customer Personal Information

REALTY ASSOCIATES may use Personal Information of current and former customers/clients as necessary to:

complete reservation security deposit s and rental payments,

effect, administer or enforce reservation or security transactions requested or authorized by the customer, and

maintain or service the customer's reservation account..

Personal Information collected online, by phone, email, hard copy or US post office concerning customers/clients provided to REALTY ASSOCIATES will not use or disclose or sell, rent or lease any Personal Information about its customers/clients or former customers/clients to any third parties.

D. Disclosure of Customer Personal Information

Realty Associates may disclose Personal Information of current and former customers/clients to third party entities in the following cases:

in the ordinary course of business to REALTY ASSOCIATES attorneys, accountants and auditors;

Except as permitted in this Privacy Policy, REALTY ASSOCIATES will not share Personal Information about any present or former customer/client with any third party without the customer's prior written consent or providing the customer/client with a clear notice, an opportunity to "opt out" of that disclosure, and information on how to opt out..

REALTY ASSOCIATES has implemented procedures to safeguard customer Personal Information. REALTY ASSOCIATES permits access to Personal Information to those employees who need to know that information in order to provide services to them. Maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that meet or exceed federal standards to safeguard Personal Information. We protect customer account information by keeping it on the secure portion of its computers and website using firewalls and other security technology to protect its network and systems from external attacks, and by requiring customers to enter a unique user ID and password to access their account. All REALTY ASSOCIATES employees and associates sign confidentiality agreements.

G. Notification of Policy and Policy Changes

REALTY ASSOCIATES will provide an initial notice of its Privacy Policy to customers/clients at the time it establishes a customer relationship, and at least annually thereafter, and will post the Policy on its website. Updates will be posted on our website, so our customers will always know what information we collect online, by phone or in person, how we use it, and what choices they have.
